Diamond Dreams

Coach Ken Stewart comes to Diamond Dreams with an extensive coaching and
leadership resume. He has 30 years of leadership experience in private industry
and has been coaching at the recreation, middle school, high school and college
level for the majority of that time. He is married and has four children and five
grandchildren.

Most recently he spent five years as an assistant softball coach with Methodist
University (2018 – 2022) where he was the primary hitting & outfield coach as well
as the lead recruiter. Coach Stewart was instrumental in bringing in talent and
helping the Monarchs soar from 9 wins to 23 wins within a single season.
Currently he teaches at Northwood Temple Academy in Fayetteville and is the
head softball coach. His goal is to build a long lasting and successful program that
helps young ladies grow and mature in softball and in life while always “honoring
the Lord in all that we do.”

Coach Stewart has a passion for helping others achieve success. In his words, “I’ve
spent my entire adult life in leadership, coaching and teaching and I love the
opportunity to invest in others to help them achieve their dreams. I fell in love
with fast pitch softball more than 15 years ago and have dedicated myself to
studying and learning the game at a high level so that I am well equipped to coach
and teach this exciting sport. I’ve been blessed to have been around and learn
from some incredible coaches and programs and look forward to sharing and
blessing young ladies through this wonderful opportunity at Diamond Dreams.”
